As a result of continued client demand for our services we are currently recruiting across all geographies and are looking to bring on board Business Psychologists at all levels to join our consulting team.
Our clients include approximately half of the FTSE100 and also government departments and non-profit organisations. We are a collegiate, global company with 13 offices in 8 countries and 160 staff (of whom 80 are client-facing consultants). Our culture is built around genuine relationships, collaboration, hard work, a drive towards exceptional results and confidence to work with ambiguity.
As a candidate, your post-graduate qualification may be in Psychology or a related discipline but it will be your commercial edge, combined with deep insight with regard to individuals, teams and the culture of organisations that will set you apart. Candidates will have a proven track record of success and the ability to work with clients at senior levels in a relaxed yet professional manner. We are looking for individuals who can bring intellectual challenge to their environment, a commitment to business development and relevant experience in the following areas:
• Deep psychological assessment
• Developing leaders and high performing teams
• Executive coaching
• Organisational consulting
• Workshop design and facilitation
• 360 feedback
